Shipping policy

Cottage Creek offers free shipping on our products. Shipping includes ground rates. We are not able to offer expedited services. Handling times are one day M - F for all order received by 1pm EST. Orders placed after 1pm EST will be shipped next day and orders placed after 1pm EST on Fridays will be processed the following Monday. Cottage Creek recognizes all federal holidays and shipping and handling times will adjust to accommodate for holiday schedules. Cottage Creek is not responsible for any lost, damaged, delayed shipments caused by the carriers.
